Enables rod to be extended and angled over the side or stern of the boat.
Also useful where only straight rod holders have been installed.
Locks into most standard stainless steel rod holders
with a bore size of 38mm or larger.
40mm I.D bore at top. Extends 450mm past top of
rod holder that it is inserted into.
